Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their consultations by providing written notice via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
- Energize.fit does not provide refunds for any month that has started.
- If you have paid for following months and are not satisfied with the services, you may request a refund for those future months within 30 days of your last consultation.
- To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email with your details and reasons for dissatisfaction.
