2. No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer

The Product offers general educational guidance for sustainable fat loss (targeting 0.5kg/week or 3-4kg over 42 days) through nutrition, exercise, and habits. Results vary based on individual factors like age, metabolism, adherence, medical history, and lifestyle. We do not guarantee weight loss of exactly 3-4kg or any specific outcome. Consult a doctor before starting, especially if you have conditions like diabetes, heart issues, or are pregnant.​

3. Medical Disclaimer

This is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Product is for informational purposes only. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or adverse effects, and seek medical help. We are not liable for any injury, health issues, or complications from following the guide.

4. Payment and Delivery

Full payment (non-refundable) via Razorpay grants instant PDF access via email/download link to hello@energize.fit. Digital delivery only—no physical product. Ensure correct email at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters or incorrect details. Price excludes taxes; GST applies as per Indian law.​

5. Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment is processed (digital nature prevents returns). Review the Product description thoroughly before purchase. Disputes follow Razorpay policies; unresolved claims go to arbitration in Bengaluru, India.​

6. Intellectual Property

All content (text, tables, workouts, images) is copyrighted by Energize.fit. Personal use only—no resale, sharing, or commercial distribution. Violation may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid. We disclaim all warranties (express/implied) including fitness for purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Energize.fit, its founders, and affiliates are not liable for indirect damages, health risks, or lost profits.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law (Karnataka jurisdiction). Any disputes resolved in Bengaluru courts.
