Every new user gets a free trial with full access to the core experience — meal plans, AI insights, food logging, daily check-ins. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to evaluate whether Energize.fit fits your goals before subscribing to a paid plan.

Because subscription fees give you immediate access to digital content, AI compute, coach time and personalised plans — and because we cannot recover these costs once delivered — all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
This policy applies regardless of how much of the plan you have used, whether you have logged in, whether you achieved your health goals, or any other personal circumstance.
You can cancel any subscription anytime from Profile → Subscription. Cancellation immediately stops future renewals, and you continue to enjoy paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. We will not issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
We will, at our sole discretion, issue a refund only in these limited situations:
